As a self starter with a track record in deal origination, flow and execution, he has built extensive relationships with key public and private sector decision makers globally. With years of international experience in African upstream strategy, marketing, business development, finance and as a founding partner & member of the Board he continues to develop priority oil & gas sector opportunities for Nabirm.

Ralph Malone
Mr. Malone is an accomplished and well-traveled executive who has built a solid reputation across diverse sectors including Renewables, Real Estate, Aerospace, Automotive, and Energy. Retiring from American football in 1989 Mr. Malone has developed expertise in the seamless transformation of companies in need of specialist intervention. He serves on several boards and he brings that experience to the fore.

Anthony F. Kume Kangkolo
Mr. Kangkolo has 24 years of proven entrepreneurial and executive managerial proficiency in key sectors of the oil & gas industry. He has extensive skills in strategic business planning, execution, decision-making, finance and personnel management. With years of exposure to the upstream oil & gas sector, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Nabirm’s board.

Lisa Swoboda
Ms. Swoboda is a risk mitigation professional with more than 20 years of experience working for several global corporations. She has developed expertise in many fields including petroleum, agriculture, and chemical applications. Recently retiring from her latest position as an executive underwriter, she works exclusively on issues related to Nabirm and its stakeholders.

Dr. Rotimi Akingbola
Dr. Rotimi Akingbola is a practicing specialist Obstetrician/ Gynaecologist in Ontario Canada. With medical experience in Africa , Europe and now North America he is a widely travelled and broad minded physician with varied clinical and administrative skills. Primarily qualified as a doctor MB BS from Nigeria in 1986 and then attained his specialist qualification MRCOG in UK in 1994 . He obtained the FRCSC specialist qualification in Canada in 2000 where he is still in practices to date.
Principal Geologist
Dr. Angsar Wanke
Dr. Angsar is a geologist with over 20 years of experience in various fields including regional mapping, geochemistry, hydro- and engineering geology, sedimentology and seismic stratigraphy. He is a full-time lecturer at the University of Namibia geology department. His main area of expertise is in the petroleum geology of Southern African offshore and onshore basins.
