Mr. Arowolo holds a Bachelors of Science in Computers & Information Systems (2003) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance (2005) both degrees from Clark Atlanta University, in the United States. He started his career as an internal auditor for KPMG in the United States and as the Senior Manager, Business Development for PwC in Namibia. In November 2012, Mr. Arowolo received national recognition from the founding President of Namibia, H.E. Dr. Sam Nujoma for a donation of educational books, computers and other educational materials valued at $500,000 to the Sam Nujoma Foundation and to the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Namibia. Mr. Arowolo is a founding partner and member of the Board of Directors and he develops a number of priority oil & gas sector opportunities for Nabirm.
Anthony F. Kume Kangkolo
Mr. Kangolo holds a masters degree in Ships and Oceans Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. He began his career with Schlumberger in the Golf of Mexico as an Oilfield Services Engineer. He has since occupied a number of important roles in various companies in the Oil and Gas industry.
He is currently Board Chair and Director at Graffi BDA as well as CEO and Director at Nareser-KCSL Cameroon LTD a specialist Oilfied Marine Services Company and of Continental Energy and Services a South African Energy and Services company. Mr Kume Kangkolo’s multilevel executive skills allow him to serve as the current Partner / Representative for a number of multinational corporations including Smith Lamnalco and Royal Boskalis BV as well as having worked closely in various capacities with Geokinetics. As a Director at NABIRM, he brings his high level of industry expertise to the boardroom.
Donald V. Watkins
Donald is an American trial attorney, commercial banker, and international business entrepreneur. He has been involved in litigation for four decades.
Watkins has also founded, owned, and managed many businesses across a variety of industries and disciplines. These businesses operate in U.S. and international marketplaces.
Watkins serves as Chairman and CEO of Masada Resource Group, LLC (www.masada.com), a global waste-to-ethanol/diesel fuel development company, with waste-to-energy projects in varying stages of development in forty-seven countries across four continents.
In 2000, Watkins co-founded Alamerica Bank (www.alamericabank.com), a state-chartered bank headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, USA. This was the first and only bank charter issued by the State of Alabama to an African-American-owned financial services institution. Watkins is the Bank’s largest shareholder. Alamerica Bank is one of only nineteen black-owned banks in America.
